Our adventure began with the first visit to this breathtaking site on Zakynthos. Captivated by its pristine beauty and serene surroundings, we instantly knew this was the place where our dream project would take shape. Finish of Area, street and stairs
In 2020, the transformation of the property was fully realized. A dedicated access road with a private gate was constructed, ensuring exclusivity and privacy for the estate. Additionally, one of the most remarkable features was completed: Greece’s third-largest staircase, elegantly designed to provide direct access to the azure waters of the Ionian Sea. This monumental addition not only enhances the connection to the ocean but also stands as a testament to the meticulous planning and craftsmanship behind the project.

Purchase of Property
In April 2022, we reached a pivotal milestone by acquiring a stunning 4,000-square-meter property. Positioned in the topmost row, this exclusive plot boasts an unrivaled 180° panoramic view of the mesmerizing Ionian Sea. The breathtaking vistas and the unique location set the stage for creating a truly extraordinary living experience, blending luxury with the natural beauty of Zakynthos. This marked the beginning of a new chapter in turning our vision into reality.

Approval of Pre-Building Permit
In December 2024, the Pre-Building License for our project was officially approved. This achievement allows us to prepare and submit all required documents for the next crucial step: obtaining the final Building License. With this milestone, we are one step closer to turning our vision into reality, paving the way for construction to begin on this extraordinary property.

Approval of Final Permit
In November 2025, we successfully submitted the final Building License for our project. The license has now been officially approved and is valid for a period of four years, with the option for extension. This important milestone ensures that the property is fully approved for development and can be built on with complete certainty. With all permits in place, construction can begin at any time
